Carrying the legendary heritage of the original brand that created the AR-10 and AR-15 platforms under Eugene Stoner in the 1950s, modern ArmaLite Inc. out of Geneseo, Illinois built the M15 series to uphold pure MIL-SPEC reliability. Utilizing forged 7075-T6 aluminum receivers, heavy-duty gas system components, and classic M4 carbine furniture, the ArmaLite M15 serves as a quintessential duty-grade AR-15 carbine. Enhanced with high-performance aftermarket tactical upgrades—most notably a Franklin Armory BFSIII Binary Firing System trigger pack—the M15 platform seamlessly bridges classic military styling with rapid-fire modern capability. This specific example is an upgraded, feature-rich ArmaLite M15 carbine chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO, bearing serial number “US230665”. Retaining its factory matte black hardcoat anodized finish, it features a 16″ barrel with a 1:9″ right-hand twist rate, a classic ribbed handguard, and a 6-position collapsible M4 stock. Highlighted by a pre-installed **Franklin Armory BFSIII Binary Trigger** (firing one round on pull and one on release, complete with safety selector badge), it comes optics-ready with a mounted **Millett DMS-1 1-4x24mm LPVO scope**, and a 30-round steel magazine. Presenting in excellent mechanical condition, this ArmaLite M15 offers a rapid-firing tactical carbine package for MSR enthusiasts and target shooters alike.

I haven’t actually had it out to the range yet, but thus far it seems to be a very good pistol. The slide is easier to rack than I thought it would be, and it has a very nice, crisp trigger pull. The only thing I can really complain about is the last 2 rounds are really difficult to load into the magazine. So, in conclusion, highest marks!
