1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and us regarding your use of harrystraps.com and purchase of any products offered on it. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site.

By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete. We make reasonable efforts to display our Products, including materials, colors, and dimensions, as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the Site are entirely accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Because many of our straps are handcrafted from natural materials such as leather, slight variations in grain, texture, and color between the image and the item you receive are normal and are not considered defects.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at the time you place your order will be honored for that order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed, and will notify you before charging any corrected amount.

You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Sales tax, VAT, or other applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination.

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. You may request cancellation of an order before it ships by contacting us; once an order has shipped, our standard returns process applies (see Section 8).

9. Warranty

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. Harry Straps warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or damage resulting from accidents. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description or photo of the issue.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and design, is the property of Harry Straps or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Discount codes, promotional offers, and sales are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer, may not be combined unless stated otherwise, have no cash value, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders that we determine, in good faith, misuse a promotional code.
